One size 18 x 60 mm.
Ultra Destructible. White background, black text. Printed with ink foil (ink in solid form) and a thermal print head. The ink bonds with the special vinyl of the sticker which makes it very difficult to pick off any surface. Only small pieces will come off and it takes a lot of time. Insensitive to weather influence or substances like benzine to erase the print.

Embossing and CO2 Laser- milling FlexiBrass

FlexiBrass (or flexible brass) has a thickness of 0.5 mm., is extremely hard and tough and still very flexible and resistant to thinner. We emboss or burn text, numbers and logo's as deep as possible in: 0.25 - 0.30 mm. FlexiBrass is unremovable as are the texts on them (not even with a knife). Easily and quickly applicable with fastcuring glue (cyano-acrylic glue) the plates hold on bent or flat surfaces.

How to design and order stickers or plates

1. Make your own design and mail us your:
   • desired dimensions (length x width)
   • desired colour, see www.securitycode.com
   • desired text lines, numbers, logo, barcode, internet registration
   • desired lay-out on the sticker or plate
2. We will send you a quotation with the all-in prize by return of mail.
3. On receiving your approval we will produce a concept sticker or plate and send it to you by mail or fax for approval.
   • Small differences with your lay-out may be possible for technical reasons.
   • Mulder Vreeswijk also provides lay-out work at no extra charge.
4. On receiving your approval on the concept sticker or plate, we will ship your order within 2 weeks max.

Order information:		kindly send us your accord by letter or fax.
Payment information:		payment is due within 2 weeks of receipt of delivery.

Attention!
FlexiBrass plates are delivered with degreaser and application instructions, but without glue (cyano-acrylic glue).
We recommend that you buy the glue in your own country so that you can read the user instructions in your own language.
Cyano-acrylic glue is a very fast-curing and permanent glue, which should be used with great care!

Note:
All plates in all sizes can also be delivered at the same price in numerous colours on 0.75 and 1.4 mm thick plastic. These however must be applied with Mulder Vreeswijk delivered 2 component glue and NOT with fast-curing glue. It takes just a little more time and costs ca. € 0.05 per cm2.
